Other services and amenities included: Stalls cleaned at least once per day, horses turned out in large, SAFE turnouts for a minimum of 6+ hours daily (weather permitting) individually or with a turnout “buddy”, fly spray application before turnout (owner supplied fly spray), blanketing during inclement weather (owner supplied blanket), 66’ diameter round pen, premium mats and shavings in each stall, wash rack and grooming area and private lockers with saddle and bridle racks.
